We finally got all the welding done. Whoever welded in the floor pans some time ago did a lousy job. They did not cut all the old pans out and the new ones were place on top of the old ones. From under the car, it looked terriable. We had to be cut out all the pans, both old and the newer ones that someone installed. Luckily all the rockers were good along with door jams and cowl that kept it pretty solid.
There was not a major issue with rust but just a lot of scattered ( pin hole) rust and of course the common area in front of the rear tires where the water dumped into.
